Getting the family together around the dinner table can be difficult. That’s why we are hosting a very special family style pig roast dinner on Wednesday, April 30th 2014 beginning at 6:30PM.
Dinner begins with a specially prepared antipasto course including various salumi, assorted crostini, bruschetta and salad. This will be followed by a showing of Chef Angelo DiGirolamo’s whole roasted suckling pig. Dinner will be served family style, accompanied by various side dishes including: caramelized Brussels sprouts & sausages, goat cheese braised potatoes, oven charred vegetables and white balsamic braised eggplant and paired wines. Dinner will conclude with a Sicilian rum cake for dessert. This multi course special family style dinner is $55.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
